RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

1) Return Window (7 Days)

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Tags/labels (if any) must be intact

Product should be in resalable condition

Return must be approved after inspection/quality check

2) Non-Returnable Items (Strict Exclusions)

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

Opened/used incense, oils, herbs, powders, and other consumables

Customized / consecrated / energized items

Used clothing

Items marked “Final Sale / Non-Returnable”

3) Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items

If you received a damaged/defective product, wrong product, or missing item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos + an unboxing video (outer box, shipping label, and product)

After verification, we may offer replacement or refund depending on availability and the case.

4) Order Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; return rules (if eligible) apply.

5) Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on bank/payment mode.

6) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if charged) are generally non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item verified).
